Professional Services for Catholic Schools

Our work is grounded in the values of Catholic faith, community, and leadership. Through experiential learning and relational development, we support principals, faculty, students, and families in building a mission-driven school culture where everyone thrives.

Our Services

  • Start the year off with a three-hour staff team day. Building stronger relationships is foundational to creating a collaborative team, improving communication, and setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

  • Faculty PD is thematic, organized, relevant, and engaging—designed to equip educators with practical tools, deepen their professional growth, and align the work promoting the values of Catholic schools.

  • A well-coached team member can serve as a leadership multiplier—especially for emerging informal leaders or those who benefit from a trusted thought partner.

  • Effective teams thrive on healthy leadership—rooted in trust, shared purpose, and open communication. A mid-year tune-up helps recalibrate, realign, and renew momentum when it matters most.

  • A strong Catholic school culture doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built intentionally. When faculty and staff are aligned in mission, values, and daily practice, they lead with unity, purpose, and joy. We help schools shape a healthy, faith-centered culture that supports lasting impact.

  • Faculty and staff retreats recenter the work of Catholic educators—fostering spiritual connection, encouraging openness to God’s guidance, and providing space to reflect on both personal and shared journeys.

  • Workshops for grades 5–8 use experiential learning to build classroom community, strengthen teamwork, explore identity in Christ, and develop leadership skills that support academic and social-emotional growth.

When you contact us, we set up a meeting to define the scope of work. Then we start to design a customized program based on your needs and our areas of expertise.

7 Bedrock Principles of our Approach to Common Ground Learning

A Practical Strategy that Helps Engagement and Effectiveness in Catholic Schools

Common Ground Learning is a hands-on, values-driven approach to learning that helps people grow, connect, and lead with purpose. Used in schools, nonprofits, and leadership programs, it brings people together through real experiences, reflection, and trust-building.

1. Challenged by Choice, Practiced Through Voice

Empower people to choose how they engage—and make sure their voice is heard. Ownership builds confidence and trust.

2. Comfort Zones to Danger Zones

Growth happens when we stretch—but it must be safe. Trauma-informed practices help create spaces where everyone can thrive, remaining aware of the ACES that exist in our schools.

3. Ground Rules

Groups thrive when expectations are crystal clear: establishing respect, support, and purpose add clarity and helps people understand the boundaries. These shared norms create safety and accountability.

4. Experiential Learning Cycle

We learn best by doing. This 4-step process—experience, reflect, learn, apply—helps turn activities into opportunities for lasting growth.

5. Emotional Intelligence

Knowing how to manage emotions and understand others is key to strong relationships and good leadership.

6. Relational Intelligence

Strong teams rely on strong connections. This means understanding the social dynamics between students, staff, families, and stakeholders.

7. Systems Values

Every organization thrives when its values are clearly defined, visible in action, and measurable. What behaviors reflect our values? How do those behaviors impact how people feel—do they create a sense of belonging, acceptance, and worth? Embedding values into daily practice isn’t theoretical—it’s actionable, and it starts by aligning your systems and culture with what matters most.
