Coaching Processes & Tools

I’m ready for you.

I show up fully prepared to focus on you. You will experience what “engaged” looks like, sounds like and feels like. I follow a big-picture process that involves: (1) discovering and defining your challenge, and (2) developing a pathway that delivers on your vision.

You arrive ready to engage.

Good dialogue is an exchange of words and non-verbal communication where we both arrive at a common understanding. What may seem like “just talking” is, in fact, an exchange of valuable information we can use to spring forward toward achieving the purpose of your sessions.

Primary processes that guide us.

I believe in “hope science” and as an experienced practitioner of over 30 years in the field of experiential training, hope is at the heart of my approach. Hope science has about 50 years of solid data on the tools I implement while coaching, facilitating, training, and consulting with clients. Hope is not wishful thinking. Hope is founded on the power of efficacy and potential. We can navigate that river together.

If you truly desire help getting from point A to point B, or what I like to say, “crossing the river” - - I may be able to help you.

If you truly want to adventure up the proverbial mountain and explore your mindset - - I may be able to help you.

If you feel stuck, frustrated, or in a pattern of behavior that’s not giving you the results you’d hope for - - I may be able to help you.

Tools that can help you cross rivers.

  • Personal questionnaires (SHAPE-PRO, BREATH Tool, etc.) and behavior profiles such as DISC and Emotional Intelligence.

  • Visual facilitation tools to paint the picture and gain clarity.

  • Operational concepts used throughout experiential training (power of choice, values clarification, establishing full value, etc.).

  • Adult learning strategies combined with application theory while using systems thinking tools.
